    The May edition of the international discussion evenings “Meet the World” will bring us to Brazil. We will visit this sunny country from South-America with two interesting guests. Brazilian Karen De Vincenzo Ordones, who is currently doing her Master’s Degree in Baltic Studies at the University of Tartu and Liis Kängsepp, an Estonian journalist, who has has been connected with Brazil and South-America for a long time now. During that time she has been a volunteer and written several books about that area.

    Liis Kängsepp is a journalist who has traveled around and lived for a longer period in Latin America. In 2007-2008 in Argentina as a volunteer of European Voluntary Service and in 2009 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As a result of her journey she has published 2 travel books (“Minu Argentina” and “Mina, vandersell”) and a travel guide (“Brasiilia – kired ja kontrastid”).     Karen De Vincenzo Ordones was born in São Paulo, Brazil, where she has lived and studied for 20 years of her life. She has bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences with concentration in Political Science and since august 2010 she is living in Tartu, Estonia, doing her Master’s Degree in Baltic Studies with concentration in Business Administration.
